Our Rates:

Daily Rate: $250 – $350

Weekly Rate: $1750 – $2450

Monthly Rate: $5600 – $7000

Rates are based on Peak and Non-peak Season.

Holiday Rate: $450.00 P/Nt 7 Night Min.*

Holiday rates are in effect from Dec.18th to Jan. 6th.

• Rates are quoted in US dollars.
• GE & TAT taxes of 13.25% apply.
• A cleaning fee of $195 added to invoice.
• A security deposit of $500 applied to invoice (fully refundable)
• A deposit of 50% is due to confirm booking reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date and 90 days during holiday season.
• Personal checks, Master Card, Visa, & Discover are accepted forms of payment.
• Our unit is a non-smoking unit.

* 3 night minimum stay required (except during holiday season when there is a 7 night minimum.)

Cancellation Policy:

90 days prior to arrival, there is a charge of one nights rent, 60 days prior to arrival 50% deposit, and NO REFUND 30 days or less prior to arrival.
